1- Meet your Landscape Consultant.
To begin the landscaping design process, I will visit your property to discuss the vision you have for your project(s). For the utmost accuracy, I will ask for you to provide a Platt of Survey. This document represents the dimensions of the home at a scale, the easements, if any possible contours and areas that may be of interest, but most important, the property lines and drainage locations.

2 - Discuss ideas and features:
I will openly discuss your ideas with you, helping you give shape to the areas of dire attention. We will iron out the likes and dislikes of items to use like colors, textures, types of hard-scaping materials available, if any are desired. We will search through popular used items, some being unique, some being ground breaking, and items of importance or bound by rules. Inclusive with the said above priorities, we will simplify a realistic working budget for the project(s).
